These days, if there’s the opening of an envelope in Iowa, Bernie Sanders will be there.

The socialist media sensation who nearly took down Hillary Clinton if it weren’t for the DNC, and who narrowly lost the state to Clinton in 2016, is in the process of making multiple visits to the first caucus state.

Sanders was in Iowa on July 15, delivering the keynote address to an annual event held by Iowa Citizens for Community Improvement, “a liberal group that helped Sanders lay the groundwork for this 2016 bid with early invitations to the state, NBC News reports.

“That’s right — Bernie is coming back to Iowa for the first time since the 2016 election,” the group said in announcing the event. “He’ll talk about how we continue the political revolution right here in Iowa.”

Sanders will be back in the state just six weeks later when he holds an event to promote his upcoming book, “Bernie Sanders: Guide to Political Revolution.”

Announcing the appearance, Prairie Lights bookstore said:

Please join us on August 31st for an evening with Bernie Sanders who will talk about his new book, Bernie Sanders Guide to Political Revolution. Prairie Lights is fortunate to be one of the few bookstores selected by Bernie Sanders and Macmillan Publishers to host an event on this tour.

In the book Bernie Sanders Guide to Political Revolution, presidential candidate and activist Bernie Sanders continues his fight against the imbalances in the nation’s status quo, and shows how to make a difference to effect the changes America—and the world—need to create a better tomorrow.

Pre-signed copies of the book available for $30 are already sold out, according to the announcement.

The bookstore will not be hosting Sanders at its location, as they expect a large crowd. Hancher Auditorium holds 1,800, the Press-Citizen reports.

If Sanders runs in 2020, he would be 79 years old on Election Day.

“It’s good that Bernie Sanders is coming back. He has a lot of friends throughout the state, and he could be helpful in electing Democrats in 2018,” Iowa Democratic strategist Jeff Link tells NBC News.

“He might also get encouragement to run again if he’s out here.”

Sanders, a declared democratic socialist, received a handsome $795,000 advance for his latest tome, The American Mirror previously reported.
