Presidential candidate Joe Biden confused Iraq and Iran during what was billed as a major foreign policy speech today.
Lambasting President Trump and the killing of terrorist Qassam Soleimani, Biden said, “The Iran parliament, the Iran parliament, voted to eject all Americans and coalition forces from the country.”

Biden read the erroneous statement from the teleprompter, and didn’t catch the mistake.
