A target of the Robert Mueller witch hunt is opening up about the personal toll the ongoing probe is having on his life.

During a Wednesday discussion on “America’s Voice Live,” I asked him about the impact the investigation and the threat of an indictment is having on him and his family.

“This has been one of the worst experiences of my life,” Corsi said.

He said if viewers read is upcoming book, “Silent No More,” “you’ll feel the horror of this because I describe it as it’s going on,” explaining how FBI agents showed up at his door unannounced with a subpoena requiring an appearance before the Mueller grand jury.

“My wife says, ‘Here we go,'” he recalled.

“Your life is a ruin, even today now, this is three months into it, it’s still a roller coaster. I’m still finding myself trying to manage my emotions. My wife crying, is grandpa going to jail on Christmas Day,” the 72-year-old investigative reporter said his grandkids are wondering.

“This is the kind of question you have to answer to your family,” Corsi said.

Noting he’s spent thousands of dollars on lawyers and traveling to Washington, D.C., he said, “They don’t care if they bankrupt you. They don’t care if they ruin your life. They don’t care if they destroy your life.”

Corsi said he and his wife have resolved that he will go to prison for the rest of his life than lie in court.

“I’ve never committed a crime. I barely have a parking ticket. I meet with Mueller and now I’m heading to federal prison to die in federal prison,” he said.

“This is not America,” Corsi said.

Corsi’s new book, “Silent No More,” is available for pre-order here.
