Hillary Clinton accuses Donald Trump about not having the “temperament” to be president of the United States, but a newly released email from one of Hillary’s advisors sheds new light on her apparent pent-up rage.

Neera Tanden, who was an advisor in Clinton’s State Department, and is now president of the Center for American Progress, emailed campaign chairman John Podesta last fall and suggested Hillary “beat the shit” out of a staffer so she can blow off some steam and come across as “warm and charming” during a TV interview.

In a September 3, 2015 email released by Wikileaks, titled, “Ahead of Andrea – unsolicited advice,” Tanden wrote, “Have her beat the shit out of a punch doll (or maybe a staffer) …so she would be warm and charming in the interview.”

Tanden was referring to the exclusive interview Clinton was giving to MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell the following day to attempt to explain away her private email server.

While Hillary said she was “sorry,” she was none the less cold and not charming during the appearance.

“At the end of the day, I am sorry that this has been confusing to people and has raised a lot of questions, but there are answers to all these questions,” Clinton told Mitchell. “And I take responsibility and it wasn’t the best choice.”

Later in the interview, Clinton said, “The president of the United States needs to be careful about what he or she says.”

Or, judging by what Tanden says, what presidential wannabes want to do to staffers.
