Hillary Clinton does not seem to be able to fill a Cleveland, Ohio high school gymnasium, prompting the campaign to fill the audience with high school students who are not yet eligible to vote.

Video surfaced of the far-from-capacity crowd, where open floor space can be seen between attendees, and images from the rally show that the crowd sitting in gym bleachers is mainly high school students.

Check out the audience just moments before Clinton was set to take the stage:

Now look at how the audience was stacked with students, with railing signs reading “reserved for students.”
