Hillary Clinton does not seem to be able to fill a Cleveland, Ohio high school gymnasium, prompting the campaign to fill the audience with high school students who are not yet eligible to vote.

Video surfaced of the far-from-capacity crowd, where open floor space can be seen between attendees, and images from the rally show that the crowd sitting in gym bleachers is mainly high school students.
