When Hillary Clinton was asked at the Hofstra University debate if the police have an “implicit bias” against black Americans, she not only agreed, but didn’t stop there.

She lumped in all Americans, too.

“I think implicit bias is a problem for everyone,” Clinton said, “not just police.

“I think unfortunately too many of us in our great country, uh, jump to conclusions about each other.

“And therefore I think we need all of us asking hard questions…why am I feeling this way,” she said.
