Hillary Clinton is apparently grubbing for every penny from her new campaign book “What Happened.”

So much so, her vice presidential running mate, Tim Kaine, informed MSNBC that she didn’t send even him a free advance copy.

Kaine told the network he was “psyched” to read Clinton’s list of grievances and excuses.

“I’ve seen stories about it, but…the excerpts are not necessarily like a fair reflection of the whole thing, so I’m excited to read it,” he said.

“I don’t have an advanced copy, but I’m going to buy one.”

Andrea Mitchell appeared shocked.

“How is it possible that she would not send a copy to her running mate?” Mitchell wondered.
