The former president was captured in full embrace with a rally goer yesterday. Clinton was seen kissing a woman on the lips as she had her hand around his neck.
The moment was posted on social media:

It’s unclear who the woman is, but she appears to be wearing a union t-shirt.
These days, Bill Clinton needs to get love anywhere he can find it. The moment reminds of a time he moved in for a kiss from Hillary and she looked him right in the face and snubbed him.
