How’s this for gratitude: As Philadelphia police officers were leaving the scene of a shootout with a suspect to hit several officers, residents threw objects at them.
Yelling, screaming, and throwing things at officers that have PROTECTED YOU for 4 hours during an active shooting? Classy. WTH is wrong with you? #Philadelphia #Philly #phillypd #philadephiapd #philadelphiapolice #phillyshooter #phillyshooting @FoxNews pic.twitter.com/rUBmb65O9x

Video shows a group of officers making their way through a large crowd of residents in the street watching the scene.
As they passed through, some threw objects at the officers while other heckled them.
A woman pushed a black officer as he walked by, calling him a “bitch ass ni**a.”
Others laughed.
The officers stopped as residents scuffled with them.
The suspect livestreamed on Facebook on Wednesday.
CBS reports the suspect broadcast the incident while engaging with cops.
