While the Democrats were celebrating victory on Tuesday night, they’re anything but united.

That was obvious when the response to Virginia Gov.-elect Ralph Northam was so chilly, he was forced off the stage.

“Hello, Virginia,” Northam declared, taking the stage.

After acknowledging a congratulatory call from Republican Ed Gillespie, only 20 seconds into his remarks, Northham was met by protesters.

Several in the audience held up signs supporting illegal immigration and sanctuary cities as security agents jumped on the stage.

Within 8 seconds, an agent grabbed Northham’s waist and whisked him away from the podium.

Seconds later, amid chants from the crowd, the music played and the party was temporarily over.

The hecklers holding “Sanctuary for All” and “Sanctuary for Virginia” signs were escorted out.

Northam defeated Gillespie by 8 points in a state Hillary Clinton won by 5 in 2016.
