All of that rain is a free rise during a car wash, one woman apparently theorized during Hurricane Florence.
Twitter user @Skylarensor posted a video of a woman washing her car during the torrential rains and heavy winds.

“I’m gonna wash my car in the middle of a rainstorm,” the cameraman says.
“What the?” he says as branches blow wildly.
Moments later, a garbage can tipped over into the street.
Meanwhile, a news reporter shows the winds are no laughing matter.
Andrew Carter, a writer for the News & Observer posted a video showing the wind blowing so strongly, he wasn’t able to close the car door.
