Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez won’t be caught glad-handing with President Trump.
TMZ caught up with the Bronx socialist in the basement of the Capitol and asked her about attending Trump’s State of the Union address, which has been postponed until the partial shutdown is over.
“Will we be seeing you in the front row extending your hand?” the reporter asked Ocasio-Cortez.
“You know, probably not my hand, but I’ll be there and present to see, and, and listen to what is going on,” she responded.
The reporter gushed over Ocasio-Cortez and her “AOC” initials.
“MLK, FDR,” he said.
“Wow, I mean, let’s not get ahead of ourselves,” she interjected, as the reporter added “RBG.”
“I mean, it certainly makes me feel like I have a huge responsibility, and if I can just get 10 percent of what RBG, I’d be very happy with my service,” Ocasio-Cortez said.
