Hillary Clinton’s campaign staffers are hoping their prospects for rigging the election will stand a better chance in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Clinton communications advisor Karen Finney appeared on CNN and said

“There are very serious questions about the role that the Russian government — Russian state actors including Vladimir Putin himself — may have played and so, regardless of changing the outcome of the election, which, to my mind, that’s not what this is about. This is about making sure that we know what happened so we can make sure that it does not happen again,” Finney said.

She then effectively urged that the constitutional process involving the Electoral College be subverted today and instead, send the presidential vote to Congress.

Slyly, she made the suggestion by echoing what some Hillary electors are claiming.

“Some of them are suggesting really the thing to do is to send it to Congress because the Republican-led Congress could have access to some of that confidential material and they, too, would have information that the electors feel, at least certainly the ones who’ve asked for a briefing on what may have happened here to understand what actually happened,” Finney said.
