Yes, CNN can even find a way to portray Donald Trump as selfish because of his ice cream and beverage consumption.

During a segment on Thursday, anchor Brooke Baldwin brought up how the president reportedly receives “two scoops of ice cream when everyone else gets one.”

“This little nugget came out of this Time magazine piece apparently the president gets two scoops, you know, everyone else around the table gets one,” Baldwin said.

“PRESIDENT GETS 2 SCOOPS OF ICE CREAM, EVERYONE ELSE GETS ONE,” the graphic read on the screen.

The Washington Post’s Chris Cillizza responded, “The broader point they were trying to make in the article is the White House staff has adapted to Donald Trump’s tastes.

“So when everyone else gets water, he gets a Diet Coke. When everybody gets one scoop of ice cream, he gets two,” Cillizza said.

The reporter said his two children would “gladly be president” if they could get the same deal.

During a February press conference, Trump announced that he was changing his nickname for CNN.

Trump told CNN reporter Jim Acosta, “I’m changing it from fake news.”

As Acosta asked a question, Trump continued, “Very fake news,” as the room — including Acosta — burst out into laughter.

Trump went on to tell the media that “the public doesn’t believe you people anymore.”
