Sometimes politicians just show up to the next microphone without knowing where they really are.
That seemed to be the case yesterday, when 75-year-old former Vice President Joe Biden thought he was in Miami when he was really in Tampa — about 281 miles away.
“Well, I can say, it’s great to be with you all,” he said. “You know, Bill,” he continued, talking to U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson, we have a rule in Delaware you don’t have here in Miami— not Miami, in Florida.”
