Perhaps it should be a part of the immigration course that it is illegal to rape teenagers in America–or anyone for that matter.

Longview, Texas police say 33-year-old Eber Castro Morales, a Guatemalan immigrant, raped a 13-year-old girl, but his excuse was he thought she was older.

Morales was apprehended at the Texas Eastman Chemical plant on an Immigration and Naturalization detainer.

“He was taken to the police station’s Criminal Investigation Division, where he reportedly confessed to picking up the child, taking her to his home on Cheryl Street in northwestern Longview, and raping her, telling investigators he thought the child looked 16 years old,” CBS 19 reports.

The child told she told investigators that Morales “pulled her legs up and forced himself upon her,” according to police documents.

Morales is in the Gregg County Jail, charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child under the age of 14.

Meanwhile, an illegal alien, this one also from Guatemala, was arrested in North Carolina “on charges of rape, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault of a child and several related counts,” The Patriot-News reports.

Hanover Borough, Pennsylvania police say 24-year-old Jose Andres-Jose committed the crime in their state and they tracked him to Raleigh, “where he was using the alias of Luis Rodriguez.”

The U.S. Marshals organized the arrest and he will be transported back to Pennsylvania to face the charges.
