A far left “Antifa” rioter in Oregon has been sentenced to 5 years in prison for throwing a flare into a police car during a riot on May 1st.

23-year-old Damion Zachary Feller was with a group of Antifa rioters when he first threw a flare through a broken window at a Target store which started fires inside the store. He was then caught on video tossing a flare into a broken window of a police car parked across the street from the Target. The video later aired on a local TV station.

Other Antifa rioters, wearing masks and dressed in black, can be seen on the video smashing windows and damaging the police car before Feller throws the flare into the back window of the car.

Video from The Gateway Pundit:

Feller was among a group of 20 Antifa rioters who were identified by police for committing violent acts such as vandalizing property, setting fires, throwing rocks, attacking police and more.

The Oregonian reports:

Feller wasn’t arrested until two days later after officers who recognized his image from the videos spotted him on the streets of downtown. Detectives showed him a photograph of the person who threw one of the flares and he replied: “I saw that online, and I knew I was (expletive),” according to a probable cause affidavit. Feller admitted he was guilty and told detectives that he became part of the “mob mentality,” according to the affidavit.

On Monday, Feller offered no statements in Multnomah County Circuit Court. He wore a blue jail uniform as he stood beside his public defender, DeAnna Horne. Feller pleaded guilty to first-degree arson, second-degree arson, riot and first-degree criminal mischief. He is scheduled to be sentenced to five years in prison during an October hearing.

Feller was also charged in federal court for his violent crimes. But he won’t be sentenced to any additional prison time as part of his plea deal.
