Limousine (or is it luxury jet?) liberal Harrison Ford had an angry condemnation of “climate change” skeptics during a recent environmental conference.
Ford, who had the appearance of Chewbacca’s great-uncle and is apparently saving the world by not using an electric shaver, was a featured speaker at the Global Climate Action Summit in San Francisco on Thursday.
“Stop giving power to people who don’t believe in science,” Ford growled.
“Or worse than that, pretend they don’t believe in science for their own self-interest,” he continued disgustedly.
“They know who they are! We know who they are!” he bellowed. “We are all — rich or poor, powerful or powerless — we will all suffer the effects of climate change and eco-system destruction and we are facing what is quickly becoming the greatest moral crisis of our time.
“That those least responsible will bear the greatest costs,” he contended.
“Nature doesn’t need people,” he said moments later, “but people need nature,” he snarled.
“Now let’s, he said, throwing up his hand, “let’s turn off our phones, let’s roll up our sleeves and let’s kick this monster’s ass!”
Like Leonardo DiCaprio, Ford may not be the best spokesman for “global warming” activists.
According to BornRich.com, Ford enjoys a “fleet of aircraft,” as well as a plethora of combustion-engine vehicles.
The site says Ford once boasted he “has eight to nine motorbikes, four or five BMWs, a couple of Harleys, a couple of Hondas and a Triumph; plus I have sports touring bikes.”
SuccessStory.com shows 13 different planes, cars and cycles Ford owns.
The actor’s net worth is an estimated $210 million.
