Three Michigan men have been charged after police say they vandalized a Jewish summer camp for children.

Dakota Burnett, 20, and Xavier Mulac and Cody Emelander — both 18 — were each arraigned Friday on two counts of malicious destruction of personal property less than $200, one count of malicious destruction of a building more than $200 but less than $1,000, and one count of malicious destruction of a sign, Mlive reports.

Police say the trio spray painted swastikas on the sign of Camp Agudah, a Jewish summer camp in South Haven, Michigan.

According to a police report, the men also painted the Nazi symbol on a vehicle and picnic table, and damaged a building at the camp for Jewish youth.

For the charges, they face up to a year in jail and more than $2,000 in fines, if convicted.

Burnett’s bond has been set at $5,000, while Mulac and Emelander’s bond has been set at $1,000.

The three men are also barred from contacting camp staff or returning to the property.

Matzav.com reported after the incident, the camp added “additional security measures above and beyond its normal security protocols,” including hiring a security guard to patrol the grounds at night.
