Former vice president Joe Biden announced his 2020 bid for president on Thursday with some sharp criticism of Donald Trump, alleging the president will forever ruin America without his saving grace.

The 2020 race, Biden said, is about morality and racism and dignity, coincidentally all issues “Creepy Uncle Joe” himself has struggled with throughout his decades as a politician. The obvious hypocrisy provides the perfect opportunity to reflect on the many other ridiculous remarks that have come out of Biden’s mouth over the years, from blatantly racist stereotypes to sexual innuendo to obscene and inappropriate language both in office and on the campaign trail.

America Rising PAC commemorated Biden entering the 2020 race with a highlight reel of some of his most preposterous moments in politics in a video titled “Joe Biden Runs For President … Again.”

The YouTube video features Biden mocking a reporter in 1988 and boasting about his “much higher IQ,” as well as several clips mocking or complaining about minorities.

“You cannot go to a 7-Eleven or a Duncan Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent. I’m not joking,” Biden said at one campaign event.

“LaGuardia Airport in New York you must think I must be in some third-world country,” he said in a different speech.

The footage featured Biden grilling Anita Hill over allegations of sexual misconduct against Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, as well as Lucy Flores, failed Democrat candidate for lieutenant governor in Nevada, describing Biden’s unwanted touching amid several clips of the vice president invading the private space of countless other females.

In another clip, Biden described presidential candidate Barack Obama: “I mean you’ve got the first sort of mainstream African American who is articulate and bright and clean and nice looking guy. I mean that’s a storybook, man.”

America Rising PAC also included footage of Biden’s infamous “three letter word” mix-up while campaigning for vice president.

“As Barack says, a three-letter word: Jobs,” Biden told a campaign rally. “J-O-B-S. Jobs.”

America Rising PAC isn’t the first to chronicle Biden’s innumerous gaffes as a career politician or his penchant for putting his hands places they don’t belong. Dozens of videos on YouTube dating back years detail his bad behavior and crude comments, directly undercutting Biden’s new persona as a self-righteous and moral alternative to Trump and an eternal warrior for the #MeToo movement.

That may be one reason why Biden’s former boss, Barack Obama, doesn’t appear eager to back his right-hand man.

“A source familiar with Obama’s thinking” told The Daily Beast “President Obama is excited by the extraordinary and diverse talent exhibited in the growing lineup of Democratic Primary candidates.

“He believes that a robust primary in 2007 and 2008 not only made him a better general election candidate, but a better president too,” she said. “And because of that, it’s unlikely that he will throw his support behind a specific candidate this early in the primary process – preferring instead to let the candidates make their cases directly to the voters.”

Of course, Obama knows full well how weak of a candidate “Creepy Uncle Joe” actually is after running against Biden in the presidential primary in 2008. In that race, Biden’s comments about Indian Americans and Obama caused problems with voters and he ultimately gave up after the Iowa caucus.

In Biden’s 1988 run for president ended in similar embarrassment after he was busted plagiarizing a British politician. The scandal led to other revelations that showed Biden committed similar plagiarism as a student at Syracuse University School of Law.
