A video game maker claims players can “battle against bigotry and achieve equality for all” by flinging marriage license applications at a Kentucky county clerk.

The new Android app is called “Condemn Kim,” and lets players “send the opponent of same-sex marriage to jail—just like in real life,” The Daily Dot reports, referring to when a judge jailed Kim Davis after she refused to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples.

As the clerk moves back and forth across the screen, the player flings the licenses at her. Hitting the South Park-like character causes her to wince and turn red. Enough hits land her behind bars and in an orange jumpsuit.

Game developer Endless Spiral says the purpose of the game is for the player to “battle against bigotry and achieve equality for all,” according to Mediaite.

A description from the company reads:

Join us in a battle for the ages. On one side of this virtual battle field littered with shredded paper and sadness, festers Kim an agent of civil discrimination. On the other side, the warriors of love, the soldiers of acceptance, and the army of equality.

The game is free in the Google app store, but in-game extras are available from $.99 to $1.99, with 50% of the proceeds going to “LGBT charities,” according to the company.
