Saul Vazquez snapped a photo of an accident scene as he was driving by in Powell County, Kentucky on Tuesday.

It was only after did he notice there was more there than he first realized.

He posted on Facebook:

I took this picture just few minutes ago from the cab of my truck it was an accident between Campton and Stanton on the service road just off of the mountain parkway, zoom in and pay attention to the shadow just off the top of the state trooper hat.

Vazquez’s photo appears to show a white spirit-like figure in the shape of a human hovering between the two ambulances.

It turned out to be a single-vehicle motorcycle accident. The rider was transported to the hospital, where he later died, NBC 18 reports.

Vazquez confirmed to the news station that he took the photo and insisted he hadn’t altered it.
