Joe Biden made his first appearance in New Hampshire today and before delivering remarks to a small audience, he slapped New Hampshire Rep. Mike Edgar’s shoulders, causing him to flinch.
Edgar was introducing the candidate, who claims to have been reformed and vowed not to be as handsy.
“It is hard to describe how thrilled I am to be given the privilege to talk about Joe Biden and to actually introduce him,” Edgar said at The Community Oven in Manchester.
“And you can see I’m smiling,” he said, as Biden slapped him on the shoulders, causing him to flinch.
