Hillary Clinton just had another manic moment.
Despite using a microphone, Hillary apparently thought she needed to yell at her supporters at a rally in Manchester, New Hampshire, on Monday.
And she was yelling so loud, her voice actually cracked as she ended her speech by shouting “Love trumps hate!”

While her supporters call her the most qualified ever to run for president — EVER — isn’t it strange she doesn’t understand the basic function of a microphone, ie. voice amplification, negating the need to scream?
