Is Hillary Clinton plotting her political comeback from Chelsea’s Manhattan apartment?
The Daily Mail caught Clinton exiting her Scooby van with Secret Service in tow, gingerly trekking over the curb and entering her daughter’s abode on Wednesday night.
She could be seen intently studying the ground as she made her way from the street, over the three-inch curb, to the sidewalk.
A man standing nearby said something to her and she replied loudly, “Thank you. I appreciate it very much.”
The Daily Mail reports she was there approximately 30 minutes, from 6:30-7:00 pm.
Speculation is swirling that Clinton will challenge New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio later this year.

Her aides insist Hillary Clinton isn’t running for mayor — but if she did, she’d cream Mayor Bill de Blasio, according to a new poll.
The Quinnipiac University poll of 1,138 New York City voters released Wednesday showed Clinton would get 49 percent running as an independent, compared to just 30 percent for the Democratic incumbent.
