An incredible story of heroism emerged today after a knifeman killed at least three people in London.

Tobias Ellwood, Foreign Office Minister for the Middle East, Africa, Illegal Wildlife Trade, and Counter terrorism, jumped into help a police officer who was stabbed by the attacker.

Speaking to Australia’s Today Show, a reporter said she saw Ellwood moments before the attack.

“It’s no surprise to anyone down here that he would have got hands-on and involved,” she said.

The reporter said Ellwood had just finished a meeting, “went down the escalators and ran into this absolutely horrific scene.

“And Tobias being Tobias, he got down and helped any way he could.”

The reporter noted Ellwood’s brother died in the terrorist attack in Bali.
