Democratic message crafters don’t need Republicans enemies when they have Nancy Pelosi.

The Democrats’ latest astroturf campaign — “Resistance Summer” — is such a real thing, the House Minority Leader repeatedly struggled to get the name right.

During an appearance at the Dallas CWA union hall, Pelosi helped to kick off the campaign against President Trump.

But as she tried to reference the campaign, she repeatedly botched the name.

Talking about some of the signs in the audience, Pelosi said, “I was carrying single payer probably before you were born, so I know what you mean. But right now, our fight is to defeat the repeal of the Affordable Care Act and that’s part of the summer— the Resistance Summer.”

Moments later, she flubbed it again.

“And so the middle class, which is the backbone of our democracy, really depends on our activism in the summ— uh, Resistance Summer.”

Then, she totally messed it up.

“The public sentiment that we have to channel into the events the (Texas Democratic Party) chairman was mentioning under the auspices of the groups out there in this res— uh, summer resistance, Resistance Summer,” Pelosi said.

The Minority Leader ended her remarks with a string of what she called “four-letter words.”

“Woke, woke, woke,” she told the unionists, invoking a phrase Maxine Waters has been using to court Millennials.

“Stay woke!” Pelosi said.
