WASHINGTON, D.C. — The American Mirror is on the scene of the “March For Our Lives” today and one thing that is immediately obvious is the apparent lack of guns protecting the growing crowd.

We photographed several members of the D.C. Metro Police force, and many of them appeared to be lacking a firearm on their waist.

Officers have a radio on their belt, but don’t appear to have a weapon.
