A gun-wielding man refused to leave St. Petersburg, Florida’s “Obama Express Food Market” and was shot by two security guards.
Police say at 3:30 a.m. Tuesday, the man “got into an argument” and refused to leave.

The man was killed on the sidewalk after producing a gun at the convenience store named after President Obama, WTSP reports.
The Tampa Bay Times identifies the deceased as Jhai-quel Rai-Tez Black, 23.
According to the paper, Black “waved the gun around” and was approached by the security guards provided by a private contractor.
The security guards, who had been patrolling the area outside of the store, came inside and shot him, police say.
Investigators do not anticipate charging them.
Police say the incident was captured on security cameras and is being reviewed.
