A Florida teenager is dead after she sat it in the middle of the street, refused to get up and was hit by a car.
Apopka police say 13-year-old Trinity Bachmann got upset with her family and “threw a tantrum” about who would get to sit in the front seat on the way home, according to Fox 21.
The girl had just finished visiting the Central Florida Fair.
Unhappy about the seating arrangement, Trinity went into the road and sat down. As her mother was trying to get her out of the road, they were both hit.
“I was told God takes the one he needs and he needed her,” her sister, Ana Cruz tells WESH. “We have to be strong and be together.”
The mother survived.
They were allegedly hit by Mackenzie Miller, who had no comment about the incident. She was tested for impairment and those results are pending.
Trinity’s sister says she was “loving energetic full of life. She would do anything to help anyone.”
She was to show her prized pig at the fair this weekend.
