Vishnu Surya Wagh, a member of India’s legislative assembly, posted a photo on Facebook of two people having sex on a motorcycle — while driving down the road.

“This broad daylight sex show took place right on the Mandovi bridge on Sunday afternoon. Not a single policeman on the way to stop them. A passerby happened to click this picture. What do you have to say?” Wagh writes.

“No one will stop you. This is Goa,” he adds, referring to the popular tourist hotspot.

The Sun reports it is believed the couple were on vacation and renting the bike.

They were fined £10 ($14.88) after being stopped by police.
