Hillary Clinton will swooping into California next week to rake in cash for her presidential campaign.
The former secretary of state will be appearing at the home of eBay president and CEO John Donahoe. His wife, Eileen Donahoe, was appointed by President Obama as ambassador to the U.N. Human Rights Council.
Tickets for the May 8th lunch event are expected to be $2,700 per person, SF Gate reports.
Hillary’s Bay-area fundraiser will be preceded by three in Los Angeles.
On May 7th, the Clinton campaign will hold a “women’s breakfast reception” at Catherine Unger’s home, according to Hollywood Reporter.
That will be followed by a lunch at the home of L.A. Law producer Steven and Dayna Bochco.
There will be an evening soiree at the home of Haim and Cheryl Saban. All events are $2,700 per person.
An anonymous Clinton supporter tells SF Gate “many” in the donor community are “keenly aware” of Peter Schweizer’s forth-coming book, “Clinton Cash.”
But, “there’s no panic among most deep-pocketed check writers — at least not yet,” according to the paper.
