Fox 5 DC reporter Emily Miller posted an email on social media she says is evidence Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby ordered the drug patrols precisely in the area where Freddie Gray was arrested.
“This is the newly discovered email from March 17 in which Mosby orders to Baltimore police to do drug patrols in area where Freddie Gray was handcuffed on April 12,” Miller writes on Facebook.
In the email, Major Robinson says to several employees, “You will conduct a daily narcotics initiative addressing North an Mount St.”
“This is effective immediately.”
Mosby is now prosecuting the officers involved in the drug patrols.
The email is marked as “Defendant’s Exhibit 1.”
