Now a slice of pizza is considered a dangerous weapon.

According to Tampa, Florida police, an argument over pizza ended with a man throwing a slice at his roommate.

Brenda Fiejdasz claims her roommate, Allen Plunkett, “tossed a hot slice of pizza at her. She says it struck her left hand,” ABC 7 reports.

According to the arrest report, the woman had sauce on her shoulder. She apparently was uninjured.

The Tampa Tribune reports Plunkett “denied throwing the pizza” and Fiejdasz actually threw pizza on him. Police observed that Plunkett was “shirtless and had sauce on his chest.”

Plunkett was arrested on charges of “simple battery” and for violating his felony probation for driving under the influence, according to the police report.

According to the police report, the officer did not seize the pizza.
