In Hillaryworld, the ends justify the means.
Hours before the first of what’s promised to be several dumps by the State Department of Hillary Clinton’s emails from a private server, a group called “Correct the Record” launched a social media attack on Jeb Bush and Chris Christie for something their own candidate did.
The New York Times describes “Correct the Record” this way:
Correct the Record, a group started by David Brock, a staunch ally of Hillary Rodham Clinton, is recreating itself as a stand-alone “super PAC” that has the ability to coordinate with her campaign.
Correct the Record, initially run by the opposition research group American Bridge 21st Century — another Brock-connected super PAC — had been focused loosely on the goal of defending all Democrats from attacks. Now its sole mission is helping Mrs. Clinton.
So the smear merchants famous for attacking Fox News were throwing anything out they possibly could to deflect from Hillary’s emailed requests for iced tea and confusion over how to make a fax machine work.
