A shopper was so determined to off her neighbor’s troublesome dog, she just couldn’t help but tell the clerk all about it.

Justin Weynandt, a clerk at O’Reily Auto Parts store in Katy, Texas posted a video of his exchange with a shopper Thursday morning.

“You’re trying to kill a dog?” Weynandt asks.

“There is a vicious dog that has been loose for a week and animal control won’t get it,” the woman responds.

After receiving the answer, Weynandt refused to sell her the anti-freeze.

Legal analyst Chris Tritico tells Fox 26, “Under the Texas Penal Code it is unlawful to be cruel to an animal. So if you poison a dog, that would be torture. That’s a state jail felony in Texas.”

Tritico says the penalty is a minimum of six months in jail, or a maximum of two years and a fine of up to $5,000.

In the video, Weynandt tells the woman it’s illegal and he doesn’t want to be a part of it.

After the clerk refuses, the woman says, “I’ll go to Walmart, f*ck it.”

When the video was made public, the woman said, “I never acted on anything and the owner finally came and got his dog.”
