Union big mouth Ed Schultz has been fired from his 5pm show on MSNBC and Bernie Sanders isn’t happy about it.

Politico reporter Manu Raju tweeted the news:

Bernie Sanders weighs in on MSNBC news: “I am very disappointed that Comcast chose to remove Ed Schultz from its lineup."

Mediaite reported early this morning that Schultz isn’t the only one getting the hook.

MSNBC’s “The Five” knockoff show, called “The Cycle,” was also canceled. So, too, was “Now” with Alex Wagner.

At this point, no prime time changes have been announced. Chris Matthews, Al Sharpton and Rachel Maddow can breathe easy…for now.
