A 16-year-old illegal alien aimed to be a one-man wrecking crew of American police officers after he was unhappy with how they apparently treat people.

The unnamed illegal’s melee began when he allegedly started a Precinct 4 deputy constable’s patrol car on fire in Manvel, Texas.

After the teen’s Ford F-150 truck was approached by an officer near the scene, he allegedly stuck a .22 caliber rifle out the window. The officer was able to retreat to his vehicle without any shots being fired and the teen fled the scene.

During the pursuit, the illegal “swerved” at two motorcycle officers who were escorting a funeral. One officer’s motorcycle was struck, but he was uninjured, The Journal reports.

Officers were able to catch the illegal immigrant after he lost control of the truck and once again pointed the rifle at them. He was apprehended without any shots being fired.

Investigators deemed the illegal’s assault “an attack on law enforcement,” ABC 13 reports, after he allegedly told them “that he was tired of his people getting shot by police and nothing happening, so he came to shoot them,” according to Brazoria County Sheriff’s Office Investigator Paige Newsom.

His self-declared “war against the government” began because “Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is always sending Mexicans back to Mexico for no reason, and they are the ones here in America doing all the work.”

The teenager is charged with arson, aggravated assault of a public servant with a deadly weapon, drug possession, and evading arrest, which are all felonies.

The illegal’s name was not released and his current immigration status is not known.
