During a round table discussion on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” this morning, Mike Barnicle declared the White House is going with Joe Biden for president.

“I don’t know what happened at lunch yesterday, and I don’t know if the vice president has firmly or finally made a decision on whether to run or not, but the White House has a candidate and his name is Joe Biden,” Barnicle said.

Joe Scarborough said, “His name is Joe Biden. Shock waves when we saw this!”
