A prostitute who called the police to complain about not receiving a full payment from her client instead was the one in trouble with the law.

Suffolk, Virginia police say 29-year-old Victoria D. Baker called 911 around 10 a.m. yesterday to report a man didn’t pay “the full price” when the two had sex at an abandoned house, The Virginian-Pilot reports.

After she called 911 to report “the man paid her less than the agreed-upon amount,” police issued Baker a summons for prostitution and released her.

Police did not find her client.

News Channel 3 tried to catch up with Baker but she said she didn’t have time to talk.

“I have a date,” she said.
