Black lives matter so little in Detroit, some are willing to risk prison time over a snack.

Police say a 60-year old man was walking down the street near 8 Mile and Dequindre when three “young men” confronted him and demanded his bag of potato chips.

When the man refused to give up his snack, he was shot in the groin, WXYZ reports.

The man was transported to the hospital and is expected to recover.

As WDIV reports, “Detroit police shaking their head at this one. They have no idea what would possess someone to shoot a 60-year-old man in his genitals over a bag of potato chips.”
