“Black Lives Matter” activists are getting so bold, now they’re bossing the police around.
Protester Kwame Rose confronted Baltimore City interim police commissioner Kevin Davis yesterday while he was in a crosswalk.
Video published by the Baltimore Sun shows Rose peppering Davis with questions and demanding that Davis leave an area outside the Freddie Gray hearing where activists were protesting, after Rose refused to shake the commissioner’s hand.
“Respect our right to protest,” Rose said, inches from Davis’s face.
He eventually got in the commissioner’s face and said, “You went to bed last night with your white privilege while you let your officers arrest a black man in a black church.”
He added, “will you respect our right, as commissioner, and please step away from us.”
“We don’t want you here, stop mingling with the protesters,” Rose told Davis, who was standing on a public sidewalk.
As Rose proceeded to continue down the sidewalk, Rose shouted at him.
Nowhere in the video did it appear Davis was trying to shut down or disrupt Rose’s protest.
Other video shows Rose berating a black police officer protecting the protest, while the crowd clapped and cheered.
“You’re just as black as me. That badge don’t make you any more free. You just as enslaved as us. Everybody inside those uniforms just as black as us. The FOP cards — you the same nigger they call us. If you die they gonna talk about you the same way,” Rose shouted at the officer.
