Two men in different locations in Lincoln, Nebraska say they were victims of drive-by shootings — except the perpetrator didn’t use bullets, but rather blow darts.

A man riding his motorcycle on 84th Street when he felt a “sharp pain” in his left armpit Saturday afternoon. He says he looked down to discover a five-inch dart sticking out of his chest, the Star Journal reports.

Lincoln Police Capt. Mayde McGuire says about 45 minutes later, a man walking near 52nd and O streets was waiting at a crosswalk “when he felt a sharp pain in the back of his left arm.”

He reportedly didn’t think anything of it until he discovered a five-inch blow dart sticking out of his tricep.

In both cases, the victims claim to have seen a gold-colored Pontiac Grand Am or Oldsmobile Alero with two or three teens inside.

The men refused treatment. ABC 8 reports they are expected to be okay.
