Students can now add a creepy clown to their list of violators of their “safe space.”
Becca Roraff’s boyfriend took a picture that’s making the rounds on social media and freaking out the community of Waukesha, Wisconsin.
The man on a street corner, staring at the car, can be seen wearing an orange jumpsuit, and white clown mask with red hair. Standing in front of a run-down house doesn’t help anyone’s nerves, either.

“When I first saw it, I was kind of creeped out because it was just a random person on the street with a scary mask. I don’t like clowns,” Roraff tells WISN.
The clown has been seen on the campus of Carroll University, walking around and peering into windows. When he was spotted outside a women’s dorm, social media users speculated he was a sex offender.
“It was just staring at us as we were driving by. It was just weird,” says Carroll student Michelle Mueller.
Waukesha police have said people aren’t to worry.
WKOW reports it’s a teenage boy who is “developmentally delayed and is just doing this to see people’s reaction. Both he and his parents were advised several times it would really help us out if he wouldn’t stand out there doing that.”
Police contend the man has not “committed any crimes that they’re aware of,” but have fielded numerous complaints and calls to 911 over the man’s behavior.
“Halloween is over, so I think it’s time to put the mask away,” according to Roraff.
