Will an alleged rape perpetrated by an illegal alien in Hillary Clinton’s home county get the presidential candidate to take illegal immigration seriously?

Aisar Valiente, an illegal immigrant from Guatemala, is accusing of raping a girl over a number of years, beginning in 2010 when she was 7 years old, New Rochelle Talk reports. She is 12 years old today.

Valiente has been living in New Rochelle, which is in Clinton’s home county of Westchester. He’s has been charged with Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the First Degree, a Class B Violent Felony. Valiente faces 5 to 25 years in prison, if convicted.

He’s being held at the Westchester County jail on $500,000 bail, LoHud reports.

It’s the second alleged sexual assault case involving an illegal immigrant in the county this year.

In June, Humberto Agustin — also from Guatemala — was charged with “Course of Sexual Conduct Against a Child in the First Degree, a Class B Felony and Criminal Contempt in the First Degree for violating an Order of Protection,” New Rochelle Talk reported at the time.

The assaults allegedly occurred over a four-year period and involved a child under 13 years old. He, too, was residing in New Rochelle.

Neither of the accused are U.S. citizens and do not have social security numbers.
