Yes, Hillary Clinton believes “no individual” is “too powerful to jail” — which obviously includes herself.
Clinton made the statement last night during the final Democratic debate before the showdowns in Iowa and New Hampshire.

“No bank is too big to fail and no individual is too powerful to jail,” Clinton said, obviously forgetting the potential national security and corruption charges from Obama’s FBI hanging over her head.
But in her zeal to look tough against the banks, didn’t Clinton merely copy off Sanders’ homework?
He’s been using a variation of that line for months.
“Not only is a bank too big to fail but bankers are too big to jail,” Sanders said at a BET forum in November.

Clinton’s ironic statement also probably doesn’t help the fact that “Will Hillary Clinton get prosecuted?” was the most-searched topic on Google before the debate, Politico reports.
“Will Hillary Clinton win the nomination?” was second and “What did Hillary Clinton do that is illegal?” was the third.
