Ron Fournier believes Hillary Clinton’s biggest challenge is not necessarily Bernie Sanders. It’s not even anyone on the ballot.

She’s running in “The FBI Primary,” he said.

Appearing on MSNBC Thursday morning, Fournier made the case:

“We don’t know what the FBI and Justice Department are going to do with the investigation into the mishandling of her emails and that’s a big unknown,” Fournier said.

“I think structurally, she has not an easy path to the presidency, but the easiest,” he said.

After claiming Americans are leaning left in presidential races, which would by default help the arguably best positioned Democratic candidate, he continued, “her biggest obstacle is what she doesn’t know and what we don’t know and that is what the FBI is doing.”

Journalist Ed Klein said Tuesday the “inner, inner circle of Hillary” — Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills and Jake Sullivan — have all been contacted and were told “they are going to be interviewed by the FBI about these emails.”

According to Klein, “each one of them has lawyered up and has decided to distance themselves from Hillary’s campaign so that their problems will not spill over into her campaign.”

Huma Abedin is Clinton’s deputy campaign manager and Hillary is rarely seen without the advisor close by.

“This may be one of the biggest stories about the emails so far,” Klein told “Newsmax Prime” host JD Hayworth.

“Are any of them willing to take on criminal blame to try and keep Hillary and political consequences at a distance?” Hayworth asked.

“Hard to say,” Klein responded.

At Newsmax, Klein says after a six month investigation by more than 100 investigators, the FBI has settled on the trio for further scrutiny.

“It may not be long before the FBI asks Hillary to testify under oath,” according to Klein.
