The City of Botherly Love isn’t giving Bill Clinton any compassion when it comes to showing up to hear him speak.

The former president is appearing today in Philadelphia at the Dorothy Emanuel Recreation Center in Mount Airy.

With less than 30 minutes before the start of the rally, photos and video show much of the basketball court remained empty.
