As Ted Cruz was trying to make the best of his five losses on Tuesday, he was interrupted by a heckler who doesn’t think he should even be running.

“You’re not even eligible, you’re a Canadian!” the man yelled as Cruz spoke.

“Thank you, sir,” the candidate replied.

A New Jersey court was the latest to weigh in on Cruz’s citizenship controversy.

“The more persuasive legal analysis is that such a child, born of a citizen-father, citizen-mother, or both, is indeed a ‘natural born citizen’ within the contemplation of the Constitution,” Administrative Law Judge Jeff Masin wrote after a “group of residents and a Catholic University of America law professor” sought to get Cruz kicked off the primary ballot.
