An illegal immigrant from Mexico is in jail after he allegedly groped a woman’s breasts while working at a nail salon in Wayne, Pennsylvania on Thursday.

A 20-year-old woman told police she went to Blooming Nail Salon on Lancaster Avenue with a friend to get their nails manicured when a male employee at the store who was giving back massages for tips got a little too personal, according to the Main Line Times.

Radnor Police Lt. Andy Block told the news site the victim reported that Jamie Tzompantzi Chacon, 31, reached under her arms after a back massage and groped her breasts with both hands, and officials believe it’s not the first time his hands have wandered.

“We have reason to believe there are other victims that he inappropriately touched,” Block said. “We don’t know if this individual is a predator. Sometimes people are afraid to notify police. It’s a situation here where he shouldn’t be in the country.”

The alleged groping occurred around 5 p.m., and the women went straight to the police station to report it afterwards. Fox 29 reports that Radnor Police arrested Chacon around noon on Friday and charged him with indecent assault and harassment.

“First they brought him out in cuffs and then they carried out a backpack into the car,” Katie Doherty, employee at Aux Petits Delices French Pastry shop near the nail salon, told the news site.

Police said Chacon worked mostly at the salon’s Wayne location, but also massaged clients at a second location in Newtown Square.

“We want the public to be aware that he was working there for the last four years and if there are any other victims contact the police department,” Block said.

District Justice Lee Hunter set Chacon’s bond at 10 percent of $25,000, but he will not be released without a valid green card or passport. Officials are unsure how long the Mexican national has been in the country illegally. He has no criminal history.

Regardless, Block said local officials contacted the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency about Chacon, who was not licensed to perform massages in Pennsylvania. Block said Chacon could face up to two and a half years in prison if convicted of his alleged crimes.

“Unlike Philadelphia we are not a sanctuary city,” Radnor Police Superintendent William Colarulo told the Main Line Times. “If you do anything wrong here, you are going to get prosecuted and deported. I think sanctuary cities are ridiculous.”

The news site reports that Chacon declined to comment on the way to his arraignment.

Authorities are asking anyone else who has been victimized by Chacon to call 610-688-0503, according to the Radnor Patch.

At least one woman who frequents the Wayne Blooming Nail Salon was disappointed to hear that back massages will no longer be available.

“I was just checking my phone and it popped up on Radnor Patch,” customer Kim Shaud told Fox 29 of Chacon’s arrest.

“It’s shocking because I’ve been coming here a long time and I love it,” she said. “It’s close to my house and they do a good job and I was actually looking forward to that massage today.”
